Terms and conditions
To confirm your booking and secure your spots we request a minimum 30 % deposit payment via PayPal from you (all major cards accepted).
We use Paypal as our payment partner. PayPal is one of the world’s most known and used online payment providers and accepts all major credit and debit cards. All your personal data are encrypted through a secured connection. You do not need to have a PayPal account to proceed with the payment. Find out more about PayPal here.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tours start will be honored with a full refund (except the PayPal processing fee).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tours start – we keep cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit payment (30 % of the total tour price).
Any change of date or content cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability.
Any request for cancellation or change must be received by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any interruption of the tour during its delivery, at the client’s wishes, shall not give rise to any refund.
We operate in all reasonable weather conditions. We will always try to find an alternative solution if possible. If however the tour or a part of this tour cannot be delivered because of weather conditions, it shall not give rise to any refund.
